Yesterday i was working in office 2003 under vista 5342 x64
When i right clicked in the taskbar to close the word document trough the context menu the text of the context menu was not visible.
Just tested for this again and it seems not to happen all the time. I opened outlook 2003 and the context menu worked Opened word 2003 and it still worked. Then i opene outlook express to report this bug and now it happens again.
When i right click outlook or word in the taskbar, no text is visible. When i right click outlook express or this post message, only move and size text is visible, rest of it is also invisible.
As far as i noticed, this only seems to happen when ms office 2003 applications are running.

BUG?: Outlook 2003 context menu in start bar
This is a bug for Outlook 2003 as opposed to Vista, but still use the MBC client to submit it so they can work on the application platform in Vista (making sure apps. work anyway) but will probably pass it to the Outlook teams for fixes there.

Where did you get that from? Stop giving out misinformation! Certain Windows Explorer extensions are missing 64-bit Windows, its more of an issue with Windows x64 thank Outlook. -- Andre Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta FAQ for MS AntiSpy http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm

As I said Andre, sounds like a bug with Outlook but to add to what I said, could well be an issue with the graphics in Vista.

Its not necessarily a graphics issue, its an Explorer Extensions issue, which means the bug is in relation to Windows Vista x64, not Outlook. -- Andre Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta FAQ for MS AntiSpy http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm
